Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026

1. Who is responsible for your data?

The controller is Netview Agency spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (Netview Agency sp. z o.o.), doing business as NETVIEW GAMES, with its address at ul. Lwowska 35/6, 33-300 Nowy Sącz, Poland. NIP (tax identification number): 7343608489 ("we", "us").

For privacy questions or requests, contact us at [email protected].

2. What this website does

This is an informational website for NETVIEW GAMES. It has no visitor accounts, contact form, checkout, or user-submitted content. It displays information about the studio and its games, and links to the League of Defenders website. The current site code does not include analytics, advertising pixels, embedded social feeds, or third-party scripts.

3. Information processed when you visit

When your browser requests a page, traffic currently passes through Cloudflare before reaching our web host, JCHost.pl. These providers may automatically process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. Depending on their configuration, this may include your IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL, referring page, browser or device information, and response status.

We use this information to make the website available, diagnose errors, and protect it against abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Technical logs are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, taking account of the nature of the log, security needs, and the retention settings of JCHost.pl and Cloudflare. Information is deleted or overwritten when it is no longer needed, unless it must be retained to investigate an incident or meet a legal obligation.

4. If you email Support

If you email us, we process the email address you use and the contents of your message, including any information you choose to include. We use it to read, respond to, and manage your enquiry. The proposed legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); where your enquiry relates to a contract or a request before entering one, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR may apply instead. We may retain relevant correspondence where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

You choose whether to contact us and what to include. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your enquiry. Our support mailbox is provided by Private Email, a Namecheap service. We keep correspondence while needed to handle the enquiry and afterwards only where needed for legal obligations or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. The provider's processing and deletion terms also apply to the mailbox and its backups.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The website code does not set cookies or use browser storage for analytics, advertising, or tracking. It does not load third-party media or social widgets. Cloudflare is used to route and protect traffic to this website and may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for security and service operation, depending on its protection settings.

6. Links to other websites

The website links to League of Defenders at leagueofdefenders.com. When you follow an external link, your browser connects to that site's provider, which may receive technical request information such as your IP address and browser details. The external provider is responsible for its own processing; review its privacy policy before using that site.

7. Who may receive information

Our hosting provider, JCHost.pl, our email provider, Namecheap, Inc. (Private Email), and the CDN and security provider Cloudflare, Inc., may process information to provide their services. See their privacy information and, where applicable, data processing terms. We may also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

8. International data transfers

JCHost.pl states that its hosting servers are located in Poland. Namecheap and Cloudflare may process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their data processing terms describe safeguards for applicable international transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required. See the Namecheap Data Processing Addendum and Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum.

9. How long information is kept

10. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, or a copy of data you provided. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object to the processing. These rights are subject to conditions and exceptions in the law.

To make a request, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to a competent data protection supervisory authority. As the controller is established in Poland, you may contact the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO) at uodo.gov.pl.

11. Automated decisions

We do not use this website to make decisions about visitors based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

12. Changes to this policy

We will update this page if the website or the way information is handled changes. The date above shows when this page was last reviewed.
